About Arconauts
The first Arc
For nine minutes, every navigation system on the outer frontier pointed toward the same empty patch of space. Then a blue Arc opened and a small pink rabbit in a patched spacesuit tumbled through. Pip was missing one boot and carrying a star compass that ticked like a clock.
The Warren
Pip came from the Warren, a constellation of impossible little worlds linked by gateways called Arcs. As an apprentice pathfinder, Pip charted forgotten routes and repaired old beacons. Then neighboring worlds began vanishing—planets, moons, and even their names erased from the charts. The pathfinders called it the Hush.
Firstlight
A salvage crew rescued Pip and built Firstlight station around the portal that remained open. Scientists, pilots, scavengers, settlers, and people with nowhere else to go joined the search. Together, they became the Arconauts.
The impossible map
The first expedition recovered an ancient beacon from a lifeless moon. Its memory contained a complete map of Firstlight dated thousands of years before Pip arrived. The station was still being built.
